We provide a dedicated phone line so that clients and their families can contact us easily whenever needed. We also keep families informed and involved, helping to ensure everyone stays reassured and up to date.
Louise, our manager, is your main point of contact and oversees all support arrangements, ensuring everything runs smoothly and any changes are handled quickly and personally.
Your supporter
We carefully match you with a consistent supporter who will visit at the same time each week wherever possible. This helps create a familiar routine and allows a trusting relationship to develop over time.
All of our supporters are fully DBS-checked and chosen for their kindness, reliability, and professionalism.
Meal Planning & Shopping
Eating well is an important part of staying healthy and independent. We can help plan meals, prepare shopping lists, arrange online grocery deliveries, or accompany you on shopping trips. If cooking has become more difficult, we can also help explore local meal delivery services to ensure you always have nutritious meals available.

At Here4You, our mission is to help older people maintain their independence while continuing to enjoy life in the comfort of their own home. We believe everyone deserves companionship, dignity, and personalised support that enables them to live life on their own terms for as long as possible.
Our Story
Here4You was founded over 11 years ago by Alice after witnessing the challenges her own grandfather faced. Although he was living independently in Torquay, everyday life became much harder when he stopped driving. Simple tasks became more difficult, but more importantly, he missed the companionship, conversation, and sense of purpose that came from regular social interaction.
Alice and her family discovered there was very little support available for older people who didn't need personal care but did need friendship, reassurance, and a helping hand. This experience inspired her to establish Here4You in Poole—a service built around companionship, independence, and genuine human connection.

She works closely with clients, families, and our supporters to ensure everyone receives reliable, compassionate, and personalised support. From your very first phone call, Louise is there to answer questions, coordinate support, and make sure every visit runs smoothly.
